The first Parents' Virtual Consultation Day will take place on Tuesday 24th October 2023, 9am - 7:30pm for students with the last names A-K.
PLEASE NOTE: APPOINTMENTS ARE CONDUCTED VIA TEAMS OR PHONE CALL. IF YOU HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE TEACHER AT THE TIME YOU HAVE BOOKED.
The college is trialling an online booking system for the upcoming Parent Consultation Days. The system requires parents/carers to make appointments to speak to teachers.
The Consultation Days will be offered according to surname as below:
Surnames A – K on Tuesday, 24th October
Surnames L- Z on Wednesday, 25th October.
In order to make appointments, please use the relevant link to the booking system that we have sent you via email. The system will allow you to book and manage your appointments before the Consultation Day.
When booking, please provide your name, e-mail and phone number, as appointments will be conducted by phone / Teams. You must also provide the student’s name.
If the student is working with a member of the Learning Support Department you may also wish to book an appointment with them, this can also be done via the links below.
N.B: Phone appointments will be from either a number beginning 01 or from a withheld number so please remove any call blocking for the relevant day.
Please note: all parent consultation days will be reading days for all students.
