As part of the last week celebrations, lower sixth were able to enjoy a Notre Dame tradition - 90s Day! However this year there was a new addition, Y2K, or 'year 2000'. Students came in a range of different themed outfits and costumes representing the eras, ranging from basketball jerseys to baggy jeans to bandanas. In the upper study area there was a resident DJ (our very own Achievement Tutor - Louis Tooth) playing throwback tunes with students getting involved in dance battles and singalongs. We even held a photobooth for students to show off their style - check out the photos below.
Lauren Carry, Student Executive Facilitator said 'The fits were amazing and students enjoyed some 'vintage' tunes at lunchtime. The Student Executive sold Y2K/90s goody bags to raise money for charity. Already looking forward to next year's event!'.
