FE Commissioner Praises Notre Dame's Quality of Education

Last week the FE Commissioner, Shelagh Legrave, visited Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College to explore what we have to offer our students. The FE Commissioner works to improve the quality of education for learners, strengthen financial resilience, improve the quality of leadership and reduce the risk of intervention. Her visit to Notre Dame allowed her to understand our positive performance, one that is reflected fantastically by our September 2024 Ofsted 'Outstanding' grade.

During the visit the FE Commissioner toured the college’s state-of-the-art facilities, including the new Law mock courtroom for the new Legal Services T Level, and our A-level and BTEC Law courses. Shelagh commended the quality of education that we have to offer in our focused environment.

It was fantastic to have Shelagh in, recognising the good work that we do for our staff, students, and community.
