Insight Into the World of Social Media Management

Shauna Madden, PR and Social Director for Ilk Agency, visited the college yesterday to deliver a careers talk on social media management and PR. Shauna covered what a day in the life of a social media manager and working with agencies is like, the most effective ways to engage with consumers, and how she got into the industry. Our students listened to Shauna’s presentation with attentiveness and asked some fantastic questions.
