We’re pleased to announce that 18 Notre Dame students have been offered a place on a Medicine, Dentistry or Veterinary Science degree starting in September 2023!
Two will be studying veterinary science, one dentistry, and a whopping 15 medicine, including three students on Gateway courses. The universities offering these places are: Aston, Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dundee, Edinburgh, Exeter, Hull/York, Imperial College London, Kings College London, Leeds, Lincoln, Liverpool, Nottingham, Plymouth, and Queen’s Belfast.
Enhancing Excellence Coordinator Hannah Smith, who supports our medicine, dentistry and vet science students with their applications, said, “We’ve managed to secure offers for 40% of those who applied. Given that there was a 28% increase in the number of reapplicants and fewer places available this year, it is really fabulous.”
