Recently, T-Level and CTEC Business students have had some exciting opportunities.
On Tuesday 21st November T-Level and CTEC Business students received a visit from Chris Rawlinson from DJH Mitten Clarke about their business and accounting apprenticeships. Students really enjoyed the insight into this as a potential option for after college, finding it useful for their next steps. From it, one student has already applied! Business teacher Lisa Miles described the talk as 'a really informative and interesting talk which opened the students eyes as to what is entailed in accountancy'.
Students also had the exciting chance to visit Sound Leisure Limited in Leeds, one of two jukebox manufacturers in the world. Students looked at the manufacturing process via a tour of the factories and had to chance to ask Catherine Black, part of the management team, any questions about the business.
