Students’ Big Lent Walk

The Notre Dame community took part in the Big Lent Walk on March 30, to raise money for CAFOD (the Catholic Agency for Overseas Development).

Led by Lay Chaplain Andrew Sullivan, a group of students set off from college during a break in the rain and made their way around Woodhouse Moor. They’ve raised £143 so far. If you’d like to sponsor our students, you can do this here.

Notre Dame is committed to helping achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The activity described above matches Goal 1 – No Poverty, and Goal 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions. Visit our website for more details.
