On Friday 19th and 26th April, two senior HR staff from Nestle delivered the Nestle Employability Mentoring programme to Year 12 A-level Business students. During these sessions, students heard from Nestle employees who shared their first-hand experience of their own career journey and life at Nestle, and what the wider working world is like. The interactive topics aim to help students develop their skills and confidence around making decisions about their future. They discussed 'The World of Work', 'Self-Knowledge' and 'Putting Your Best Self Forward'. This was a really positive experience where students had the opportunity to develop their speaking and listening skills, with a strong focus on success at interview.
