Calling all year 11’s who have applied to Notre Dame! Do you have excellent essay writing skills? Could you reflect on the virtues and positive habits you’ve developed during lockdown? Would you like to win a £20 voucher? If you answered yes, then read on. Notre Dame, in collaboration with Leeds Trinity University, has just launched the Stella Maris essay competition especially for year 11 students who have applied to Notre Dame. This is in addition to the third annual Trinity Cup debating competition for year 10 students. All you need to do is write a 500 to 700-word essay with the title ‘What virtue or positive habit have you needed most during lockdown?’
